Families in Emergency Housing

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 17 the following section:-

SECTION 17A. Notwithstanding section 3, (i) no family shall exit the system prior to October 1, 2024; (ii) each family shall receive not less than 90 days notice prior to the termination of benefits; and (iii) not more 150 families shall be terminated from the system in any week.
