Section 14 Line 86

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 14, in line 86, by inserting after the words “760 CMR 67.10” the following:

“; provided, however, that all beneficiaries of housing services provided at these sites must show proof of residency in the state of Massachusetts for at least the 12 most recent consecutive months, and proof that they are US citizens”
