Amendment #6 to H4460

Preventing Resettlement Agencies from Bringing in New Migrants

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line-item 1599-1213 by inserting after the word “agencies”, in line 34, the following:-  “, provided however that under no circumstances may these funds be expended on efforts by said agencies in attracting or facilitating the transport of new migrants, refugees or asylum seekers to Massachusetts;”
