Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, in line 2 by inserting after the words “General Fund” the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Bolton for rural infrastructure improvements” and in said item by striking out the figures “$538,011,082” and inserting in place thereof “$538,086,082”
