Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 7, by inserting after the words “General Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with OARS, Inc. to operate a water quality monitoring program in the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord rivers”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$54,009,482” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$54,039,482”
