Winchester Waste Management

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0107, in line 5, by inserting after the word “1997” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $180,000 shall be expended to the Town of Winchester for the purchase, operation and maintenance of solid waste  management equipment and practices,” and further in said item by striking the figure “$499,998” and inserting therein the figure:- “$679,998”.
