Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Section 15 of chapter 12 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the figure “$191,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $223,442
