Amendment #103 to H4600

RAFT application management data reporting

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9316, in line 43, by inserting after the words “approved for assistance” the following: “(3) median, average and maximum number of days from the time of application to the time applicants are informed of the decision on their application; (4) median amount of rental arrearage, if any, accrued by applicants prior to the time of their application; (5) median amount of rental arrearage, if any, accrued by applicants between the time of their application and the time applicants are informed of the decision on their application".
