Combined Sewer Overflows in the Charles River

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting after “departments” the following: “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Charles River Watershed Association for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows in the Charles River" ; and in said line by striking out the figure "$18,615,104" and inserting in place thereof "$18,715,104."
