Representatives Blais of Deerfield and Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2800-0100, in line 6, by inserting after "department" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Greenfield for outdoor recreation infrastructure improvements"
