Representatives Blais of Deerfield and Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 6, by inserting after "improvements" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Montague for infrastructure improvements at the Gill Montague Council on Aging"
