Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 4, by inserting after "appropriation" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Mary Lyon Foundation for services and financial support to students and families in Franklin County"
