Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 80 in line 1462, by inserting after the word “bonding;” the following words:- a representative from the University of Massachusetts as appointed by the president of the university; a representative from the state universities as appointed by the State Universities Council of Presidents.”
