Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 4, by inserting after "projects" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Charlemont for the Mohawk Trail Regional and Hawlemont Districts sustainability study"
