Belding Memorial Library for the Franklin County Library to Jail Project

Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the Belding Memorial Library in Ashfield for the Franklin County Library to Jail Project"
