Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after "services" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Hilltown Youth Theater for capital project improvements to the youth recovery program"
