Berlin IT Upgrades

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Town of Berlin for IT upgrades”.
