Amendment #1103 to H4600
George L. Darey Inland Fisheries and Game Fund Annual Reimbursement
Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XXXX. Section 11 of chapter 131 of the general laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of the section: The George L. Darey inland fisheries and game fund shall be reimbursed annually from the general fund for all lost revenue attributed to the issuance of discounted or free hunting or fishing licenses.”
