Ms. Garcia of Chelsea moves to amend the bill by inserting, after section 67, the following new section:-

SECTION 67A. Section 10 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as amended by section 63 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “Peabody”, the following words:- ;

district court of Chelsea.
