Bellingham Police Department Exercise Equipment

Mr. Soter of Bellingham in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting the following:-“Provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the purpose of updating the gym equipment in the police department in the town of Bellingham.”
