Blackstone Municipal Technology Upgrades

Mr. Soter of Bellingham in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following:-“Provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of municipal technology upgrades to accommodate remote work in the town of Blackstone.”
