Blackstone Municipal Building Repairs

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following:-“Provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to repair municipal buildings throughout the town of Blackstone.”
