Fair and Affordable Retiree Benefits (COLA Commission)

Mr. Donahue of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 79, by striking out in line 1445 the number “3” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “4”

And further amend said section in line 1447, by inserting after the word “Massachusetts” the following words:- “1 of whom shall be a representative appointed by the Massachusetts Teachers Association;”
