Inflationary Adjustment for Sales Tax Exemption for Certain Precious Metals

Mr. Owens of Watertown moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION XXXX. Subsection (LL) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "one thousand" and substituting in place thereof the following words:- one thousand five hundred".
