Crumbling Foundation Testing

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7006-0142, by adding the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a reimbursement program to be managed by the division of occupational licensure, which shall provide for the costs associated with the testing for the presence of pyrrhotite; and provided further, that reimbursements shall be made at a rate of 100 per cent for visual testing conducted by a licensed professional engineer for not more than $400 and at a rate of 75 per cent for the testing of 2 core samples for not more than $5,000”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$18,918,153”, each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figures “$18,968,153”.
