Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0111 in line 3, after the word "system" the following: "provided that not less than $7,000 shall be expended to Mt Moriah Baptist Church for the purchase of a refrigeration unit to be used in the Food Pantry and Meals for Homeless Persons program"
