Winchester Parks and Facilities

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, in line 2, by inserting after the word “areas” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended to the Town of Winchester for the design, renovation and maintenance of recreational parks and facilities,” and further in said item by striking the figure “$100,000” and inserting therein the figure:- “$250,000”.
