Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by adding the following: "provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Old Colony YMCA to provide free summer swimming lessons at the Lawrence Cosgrove Pool for children of low income families in Brockton"
