An Act relative to capping in retirement

Mr. Silvia of Fall River moves to amend the bill, by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX.

SECTION 1. Paragraph (b) of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 98 by deleting all after the phrase "in any calendar year."
