East Boston Community Soup Kitchen

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107, in the final line, by inserting after “safe and nutritious food” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the East Boston Community Soup Kitchen, Inc. to provide food aid and additional services”
