Amendment #1208 to H4600

Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, in line 4, by inserting after the word “youth” the following:- “;provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for Raw Art Works in the City of Lynn for youth programming to address gun violence and the opioid crisis”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,250,000”.
