Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 1, by inserting after the words "municipal improvements" the following: "provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Brockton Public Schools for school buildings/student security including at least $20,000 for active shooter response education"
