Greater Lowell Technical High School Tennis Court ADA Compliance

Representatives Mom of Lowell and Garry of Dracut move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “; provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Greater Lowell Technical High School for the purpose of making the school’s tennis courts compliant with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and improving overall conditions for the accessibility, safety and well-being of students and their communities," and in said item by striking out the figure “$17,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$17,250,000”.
