Lawrence Family Development

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4003-0122, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Lawrence Family Development in Lawrence for ESL and citizenship classes.”
