Charles River Bicycling and Pedestrian Improvements

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 20, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: “provided further that, for the purpose of increasing safe bicycle and pedestrian travel along the Charles River on the Paul Dudley White path, funds shall be expended for the planning and repair of said path between Longfellow bridge and Eliot bridge, and the department shall report to the House of Representatives and the Senate by January 1, 2026;”
