Amendment #127 to H4600

Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ)

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0339-1001, by adding the following:-

"provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to support Communities for Restorative Justice in Massachusetts pursuant to Section 202 of Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018; and in said item by striking out the figure "$193,726,432" and inserting in place thereof the following figure "$193,926,432".
