Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7002-0012, in line 11, by inserting after "organizations" the following: "provided further, that not less than $30,000 be expended for the SABURA Youth Programs Inc. for rental expenses for at-risk youth programming in the City of Brockton"
