Scope Apparel HQ: Voices of Liberation

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 7004-0107, by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Scope Apparel HQ to support the Voices of Liberation program general operating and housing organizing expenses.”
