Amendment #131 to H4600

Talking Information Center

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to  amend the bill in section 2, in item 4110-1000, by adding the following: "and,  provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the Talking Information Center, Incorporated to provide human voiced broadcasts of local news, articles and items of interest to visually-impaired and otherwise disabled listeners."
