Leominster Pilot to Promote Housing Solutions and Sustainability

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by inserting after "programs" the following: ", provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be expended to NewVue Communities and RCAP Solutions for the purposes of launching a pilot program to address systemic challenges to accessing sustainable housing for Leominster residents with a focus on target populations that are not assisted by the existing housing ecosystem" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$400,000”.
