Amendment #1320 to H4600

Microphotographic Recording of Documents

Representatives Saunders of Belchertown and Donahue of Worcester move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX: Section 15 of chapter 36, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 6, by striking the words "microphotographic process"; and further, in line 8, by inserting after the word "entered" the words:- "in a format approved by the Secretary of the Commonwealth".
