Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 1596-2411 the following

item:

"1596-2413 For the development and expansion of early college, workforce, technical and innovation pathway programs; provided, that such programs shall incorporate the guiding principles of designated pathways; and provided further, that appropriated funds may be expended for programs or activities during the summer months.................................... $5,000,000.
