Amplify POC Cape Cod

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following:-"provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to Amplify POC Cape Cod for hiring staff that can apply for grants and other long-term funding in pursuit of their mission to promote economic power, increased ownership, and wealth-building opportunities in communities of color".
