Amendment #1344 to H4600

Comprehensive Family Planning

Representatives Fiola of Fall River and Biele of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1005, by striking out the figures: "$7,831,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures: "$9,231,000."

and further amend in said line item by inserting after the words "Title X Family Planning funding due to restrictions applied federally;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $1,660,000 shall be allocated to Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. to continue services previously funded by Title X funding;"

and in said item by striking the figures: "$25,126,268" and inserting in place thereof the following figures: "$28,186,268".
