Upper Cape YMCA

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Cape Cod Young Men's Christian Association, Inc. for the purpose of designing, permitting, and planning the Upper Cape YMCA in the town of Falmouth.”.
