Artward Bound

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7010-1192, by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Artward Bound program at Massachusetts College of Art and Design to support college prep, tutoring, and other wraparound supports for high school students with demonstrated financial need.."
