Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0101, in line 26, by inserting after “wind” the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended toward the installation of an industrial-scale, water source heat pump of no less than 20MW by a district energy system servicing the City of Boston and Cambridge, resulting in a dramatic reduction of greenhouse gas emissions for the Commonwealth.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$9,982,295” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$10,232,295”
