Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, in line 35, by inserting after “prevention” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended by the Department of Higher Education to administer a grant program for 2 and 4 year public institutions of higher education to develop and disseminate open educational resources (OER) for students"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,083,511" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,333,511".
