Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 1410-0012, in line 21, by inserting after “evaluation” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Abraham Lincoln Post in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, for historic preservation.” And in said item by striking out the figures “$8,320,622” and in place thereof the figures “$8,370,622”
