Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend section 2 in line item 8000-0313" by inserting the following after the word "programs" the following: "“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for public safety equipment for the Town of Dracut Police Department” ” and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$200,000"
